Balanced Body Wellness Center is proud to offer Yin Yoga & Sound Bath classes and Mobility Stretch sessions that focus on flexibility, mobility, and relaxation. MEET HONGORO!
Hongoro Khurelbaatar received her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification from the Institute of Yoga and Ayurveda in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia and her Tibetan Sound Healing Certification from Tanmatraa Healing in Tunkhel, Mongolia.
She is currently a part of Balanced Body Wellness Center in Vienna, VA, offering deeply restorative sound healing sessions. Hongoro will be teaching the Yin Yoga and Sound Bowl Massage at Balanced Body Wellness Center. Her passion is to help others feel grounded, healed, and connected to their inner peace.

HI, I’M MARY!
I'll be teaching the Mobility Class at Balanced Body Wellness Center. I've been a Personal Trainer for 7 years, certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, with experience coaching individuals of all ages and fitness levels. I specializes in strength training, sports conditioning, and goal-driven programming, helping clients build confidence while achieving results that fit their lifestyle.
With a background in multiple sports and martial arts, including Krav Maga, I've discovered my passion for weight training and have since dedicated my career to empowering others through fitness. My coaching approach is rooted in education, consistency, and sustainable progress, and guiding clients to unlock their full potential both inside and outside the gym.
